2003: Take-over of the company TWC Kastner & Partner by Mr. Bernhard Hammer and renaming as equadrat bau- und umweltplanung GmbH.

2004: Positioning of the three independent planning companies – Technisches Büro Ing. Bernhard Hammer GmbH, e+r Elektroplanung GmbH and equadrat bau- und umweltplanung GmbH – under the family brand "equadrat group". The equadrat group is a dynamic competence network with strong growth potential operating as competent planner in the building, energy and environmental area.

2004: Establishment of 2 subsidiaries with partners in Bulgaria.

2007: The Technisches Büro Ing. Bernhard Hammer merges with e+r Elektroplanung GmbH and becomes a planning agency for building and energy technology. On 1 February 2007 a cooperation agreement with the company Energoteam is signed in Belgrade (Serbia). At the beginning of April, a new location in Wiener Neudorf is opened due to the positive order situation in Eastern Austria. In the course of extending our activities in Carinthia, we have changed our location from Feldkirchen to Spittal/Drau.
