Energy Performance Certificate – the type sheet for
buildings |

The Energy
Performance Certificate can be compared with a type sheet
for vehicles. It contains interesting characteristics of a
building (f. ex. the heat energy consumption to be
expected). From 1 January 2008, the creation of an Energy
Performance Certificate is compulsory when a new building of
any building category is established.
